I would have scored you 4 star but the reason I gave three stars because on my first day of treatment I kept chocking, all together about three times. This was not funny. It was very serious. This is the first time I have gone to the dentist and experienced this. It was frightening for me. The fact that I had local aggravated my ability to cough it out. I noticed the dental surgeon did not warn me when he is giving me injection which was wrong and felt the liquid he was spilling into my mouth that made me chock, he never warned me and I felt ithe liquid was excessive each time. On one occasion I felt asleep when this thick liquid was put into my mouth and I chocked and it was the worst. Please I would advise that this should not be repeating at all because a frail elderly patient could die from this chocking. The second day of treatment was much better. The dentist warned me before injections and I never experienced any chocking. From my experience in the United Kingdom, anything the dentist did to you are usually explained before he embarks on that. Your practice needs to communicate more with the patients
