Firstly, despite having made our booking more than three weeks in advance, we were made to wait for over an hour upon arrival before being allowed into our apartment. This was highly inconvenient, especially after a long journey.
Secondly, throughout the three days of our stay:
The bedsheets were never changed
No cleaning was done in the apartment at all
None of the air conditioners were cooling, and despite repeatedly reporting this issue, no action was taken
The fans provided were not functional
There was no intercom in the apartment, making communication with staff unnecessarily difficult
Lastly, on the third day, staff knocked on our door at 11:02 a.m., rudely stating that checkout time was 11:00 a.m. The attitude displayed was completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially considering the poor service we had endured throughout our stay.
Overall, this experience fell far below acceptable standards and did not justify the cost or expectations set at the time of booking. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to prevent future guests from having a similar experience..

We can never forget the sad experience we had , a particlar man *Mr Ayo,our so called agent, i pray he doesnt ruin business totally for them. The service was so poor, we slept in total darkness for 2nghts. You can imagine how disappointed we felt when we had to drag the apartment we alreday paid for with another *anonymous customer, the real owner stepped in an insisted we moved out . To think we had seen it all, we were left to sleep in total darkness. No constant piwer supply cos the agent was more particlar about making more money for himself, inverter kept going off. The management stepped in and still couldn't let us stay in the same apartment. We had to move out things from the 2nd floor to ground floor.A suppossed 7 nights stay was cut short Never experienced such in my life. Never been so insulted ,even abroad, how much more ones father's land.If not for that, the environment and security service is ok. Management should work on general customer service. We only enjoyed easy accesibility .

The place is a lively place especially in the evening...guys and gals (mainly guys though) come out to play the sport and shoot the hoop.
It's a great place for a photoshoot and a nice place to meet athletic guys. Although the guys are a little intense there is always a more docile game going on somewhere even if it's a three aside or a one on one.
The area is serene and quiet but, the occasional yell and thus of people falling from exertion can be a welcomed break.
The area is real county side and it's close to the sports complex of the university of Ìbàdàn...it's also proximal to the Awba dam.
Fun place to spend time with friends or strangers who could soon become fast friends.
