If I can give -100 ratings that's what they deserve at Derin Courts. If you really want to maintain your peace don't go near their facility to rent or stay in. Their customer service is porous. They have no regard for the occupants. They increase their bill without prior notice…

1. Electricity is not constant. 2. There is no standby generator... Or maybe there is but they turn it on whenever they feel like. 3. Some of the basic amenities are dysfunctional. 4. Some apartments are nice, some are nothing to write home about.
