Oluwaseun A.★★★★★ — While I appreciate the staff's friendliness, I several issues during my stay that need attention. The hotel had a deserted feel, and the initial room we were assigned required navigating multiple steps and corners, with a non-functional elevator. The AC wasn't working, and there was no water in the shower. We were then moved to a 'family suite' that felt cramped. The food smelled off, with the meat tasting like it had been refried. The in-room telephone didn't work, the bathroom had an odor, and the window didn't close properly. Overall, the hotel needs significant upgrades to improve the guest experience.
Lionel O.★★★★★ — The worst experience in Nigeria. An absolute disgrace. I came to Nigeria for the first time in 21 years with my wife and infant child. I opted to book a more costly hotel for convenience.
Unfortunately, the experience went from bad to worse:
1.Ant infestation in two rooms
2. Unclean room and dirty toilet brush
3. Fridge was dirty
4. No toilet roll in the bathroom
When we arrived in the evening we informed the staff that there were ants in our room. After some delay we were moved to a second room with broken furniture, flies in the room, and more ants.
It was about 9 PM so we asked for a refund and transfer to a different hotel.
They refused to refund us and said there was no issue with the room.
Thank God my mum who was staying in a nearby hotel came to drop food for us because we were disrespected by the staff and would have had no opportunity or way to leave this filthy hotel at night.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. THEY ARE DIRTY AND STEAL YOUR MONEY. VIDEO EVIDENCE IS AVAILABLE IF THE HOTEL WANTS TO DISPUTE OUR CLAIMS.
Òrìṣàtàlàbí O.★★★★★ — The Priest and Priestesses at Osaara Shrine are very warm. They take their time to enlighten and bless every visitor. Did I forget to mention that they have sonorous voices too?
Adebiyi R.★★★★★ — Osara was one of the wives of Oduduwa. She had many children but was poor. Her mystical powers led to her veneration and dedication of agbon cultural troupe to her memory.
