The rep who attended to me kept making avoidable mistakes with my order and invoicing. They delivered my stickers without cutting them and I had to manually cut up my stickers. This is not right. The white fish boxes delivered were all stained and poorly produced. The overall experience was stressful. I don't recommend them.

The quality was good, I was very impressed, which is why I ordered again in January, this time in triple the quantity. Unfortunately, the recent order was extremely disappointing. The boxes delivered were significantly lower in quality. They feel much thinner and lighter. The previous version had three layers, but the new ones only have two layers. The printing quality is also noticeably worse and does not look as clean or professional as my previous order. The difference is obvious. The previous boxes I ordered had a three layer corrugated structure and were sturdy and firm. The recent boxes delivered have only two layers and are noticeably thinner and lighter. This is not an upgrade in structure or durability. In fact, it is a downgrade in quality. No business owner would complain about receiving packaging that is too strong or too sturdy. These boxes are used for packaging products, so durability is essential. A thinner structure that cannot properly support the contents cannot reasonably be described as an upgrade. I still have boxes from my previous order, and I compared them side by side with the new shipment. I also recorded a video comparison and sent it to your customer service on WhatsApp. The difference in thickness, layering, and overall print quality is very clear. I am simply asking for consistency in the product I originally purchased. The first order met expectations, which is why I reordered in a larger quantity. This recent shipment does not match that standard. I would appreciate a proper resolution rather than being told this is an upgrade when it is clearly not.
