They falsely accused me of a missing snooker stick despite the fact that none of my friends or myself played snooker at the apartment because there was no snooker stick. I have booked apartments from Olamax multiple times without causing any damages and still never received the payment of caution fees.
They will also spam you with calls and WhatsApp messages to influence you to book their rubbish apartments with nonsense rules.
They also don't have huge parking space to accommodate guests. Their electricity is also not constant. Dont waste your money at Olamas Suites. There are much better shortlet companies that would give you better value for your money.
I wish there was a way to give zero stars because Olamax Suites don't even deserve one star.

The space was always clean and comfortable, they delivered on every promise I saw on the website before I booked a stay , and I felt right at home from the first day. The staff were thoughtful and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The apartment is in a great location, close to cafés, shops, and local transport which made daily life very easy.
What stood out the most was the welcoming atmosphere ,the other residents were respectful and friendly, which made living in a shared space really enjoyable. Honorable mention to Captain Jerry, who always checked in to make sure I had no issues and was ready to assist me with any information I needed about the area. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely choose it again.
