This laundry shop is terrible and I strongly advise everyone to stay away!
Their staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They speak to customers with zero respect, show clear irritation when you ask questions, and have zero customer service skills. The attitude is so bad that it feels like they’re doing you a favor by taking your clothes. This is coming from their Blenco Outlet in Ilasan New Road Lekki.
What’s worse is how frequently they damage and misplace people’s clothes. This has happened multiple times not just to me, but to many other customers I’ve seen complaining there. Clothes go missing without any trace, while others come back torn, faded, or badly damaged from poor washing and ironing. They seem to handle people’s belongings with zero care.
I’ve lost count of how many times items have either disappeared or been ruined in their care. There is absolutely no accountability, and trying to get any resolution is met with more rudeness.
This place is a complete nightmare. Between the horrible staff attitudes and their repeated carelessness with customers’ clothes, it’s not worth the headache or the risk.
Save yourself the stress and money look for a better laundry service elsewhere.
