However, I hate the fact they always want impose toppings on people. I love plain ice-cream, without any toppings, so it's very annoying.
If you're buying here, be sure to tell them you don't want toppings, very clearly, and emphatically, or you just may find yourself paying for toppings you didn't ask for, like whatever unwanted toppings were added to my ice-cream in the picture, that stressed the living daylights out of my poor teeth.

After being directed to the wrong location on Google Maps and making several calls to get proper directions, we finally arrived at 11:19am, only to be told that breakfast had ended at 11:00am. While I understand cut-off times, the restaurant was empty at the time, so it was surprising that no flexibility was offered, especially for a group of four ready to order.
What was more concerning was the attitude of the staff member on duty. She seemed completely uninterested, more focused on her lollipop than assisting four paying customers. There was no attempt at accommodation or even basic warmth.
I hope management takes this feedback into consideration, as first impressions are important.

I understand cafés are shared spaces, but basic professionalism and situational awareness from staff are important, especially when customers communicate their needs in advance. I hope management can address this going forward.
