We complained to the manager, but he seemed completely helpless and did nothing to resolve the issue. We were only 3 people having dinner, the restaurant was not full, yet it took hours to bring each item. Overall, it took nearly 3 hours just to finish our meal.
Because nothing was available, we were forced to eat the same dish three times, which was extremely frustrating—especially since we had guests with us. The staff shortage and poor management led to ridiculous service and a terrible dining experience.
This was the worst restaurant experience I’ve had. I will never recommend this place to anyone

They have a nice VIP area however it’s just one so if it’s already booked there are no extra spaces.
Now the positive is customer care is fair but the food and drinks are superb.
