The 2 best Crystal's that were to be included in the parcel were missing when I opened it . I contacted the company and was told that when they weighed the parcel again, it was too heavy, so those 2 Crystal's could not be sent. I was not told this prior to shipping. At first, they said they had fulfilled the contract by sending the agreed upon weight. I showed him our agreement and he said he had added some extra Crystal's to make up for the 2 that were not includes and I needed to send those back to him in order to get the ones I wanted and that I would have to pay shipping again for the ones being returned and to ship the 2 I was guaranteed. Shipping is $80. He is still refusing to send the Crystal's. So, be careful, they show you 2 or 3 really nice pieces to lure you in, and then send you what they want
