I have attended Mass at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in World Bank Housing Estate, New Owerri, couple of times and I must say, it was a beautiful experience!

This Parish is one that has really been expanded, modified and beautified, considering when I last worshipped here over a decade ago. Located in the densely populated 'world bank' area of Owerri, the capital of Imo State, the church looks pretty inside than from outside, as the building seem squeezed into the available scarce space in this area. Spacious sanctuary, well aligned pews, conveniently designed upper floor and a well spaced interior. However, I'm not sure about that serenity and awe that colonial parish buildings evoke once you enter it. I attended a wedding here lately.

Within it is the nunry (monastery for sisters) of Our Lady of Mount Carmel (aka Carmelites monastery).
It also has a special place of prayer and grace with the head burst of the agonizing Jesus.

Chinwendu E.★★★★★ — Sunday's Mass here are 6am & 8am. It is located at the back of Timber market know as ogboosisi in Umuonyeali. Over 250 participate per sunday mass. They have 2 gated & but 3 entrance. The community sever God sincerely from their heart. Good ventilation, enough parking space. Pews, plastic & metal chair available. The woman who sing ever first Sunday naria Sunday is very talented.
The composed song of their patrons saints is very enlightening.
