The assigned driver, Mr Saturday, conducted himself in an unprofessional and discourteous manner throughout the trip. He was repeatedly rude, particularly toward my wife, and refused to turn on the vehicle’s air conditioning despite the conditions. The matter was only resolved after repeated requests and an argument, which should never be necessary in a paid service.
Such behaviour is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company’s commitment to customer comfort and respect. This experience caused significant inconvenience and distress and did not align with the expectations of a premium, paid transport service.
I strongly urge management to address issues relating to driver conduct, customer service, and basic passenger comfort. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service
