Ranging from Doctors experience and lack of communication skills, bad interpreter, Nurses that don't go through a patient file before treatment, lack of good communication, a very bad food from their kitchen, inconsistent elevator, bad emergency Doctors at the emergency units and so on. Things are not right there. They keep giving you referrals even when it is not necessary just to extort money from you. And the Doctors I came in contact are so arrogant apart from only one of them. The lack of well equipped facilities and limited finances often forces people to seek treatment in places like this, which are simply not prepared to handle such serious conditions.
Dr. Bello Abubakar did not appear to demonstrate the competence required to run a cancer clinic. Kai he was rude and dismissive whenever questions were asked, and showed no genuine care or compassion toward his patients, apart from the initial consultation, when he seems polite, likely to secure payment.
If you can afford it, I strongly recommend seeking treatment abroad, or explore good cancer centers in other states. If you must pursue treatment here, ensure you or your loved one has a strong advocate, who can firmly speak on their behalf (maybe a doctor in your family as well who has some basic understanding or a male). Keep asking questions at every stage, and do not allow Dr. Bello to brush off your concerns.
