Sadiq O.★★★★★ — Freedom Park is located in the serene neighbourhood of Cambell Street, Lagos Island. A beautifully designed recreation area adjacent to the Lionbuilding Police Station is available for individual or family picnics and other relaxing activities. Side attractions include skating, live music performance bands, snooker, an in-house DJ, table tennis, bars, restaurants, and a library. I love the taste of the Asun goat meat with freshly made tigernut from one of the food vendor. I Certainly want to pay a visit again.

Kehinde S.★★★★★ — I recently visited Upbeat Recreation Center, and it was an exceptionally enjoyable experience. The process was impressively modern and efficient — registration was completed by simply scanning a QR code, which directed me to an online form, followed by a seamless payment system for the timed activities.
The facility offers a wide variety of engaging activities for both adults and children. The trampoline session was particularly thrilling, and the wall climbing experience was equally exciting. Although activities are timed (one hour), the experience felt well-organized and smooth.
One of the highlights was the party bus, where the karaoke session created a lively and entertaining atmosphere. While the playlist could benefit from more updated selections, the overall vibe was fantastic. The bus also features a game room; I tried Mortal Kombat and thoroughly enjoyed it.
The restaurant deserves special mention — beautifully designed with an upscale aesthetic, and the meal was absolutely delicious.
With a closing time of 9 PM, leaving felt a bit premature, as the environment truly makes you want to stay longer. Overall, Upbeat Recreation Center delivers a fun, innovative, and memorable recreational experience.
olufunke O.★★★★★ — Nice park for children, they offer mini foot ball and basket ball pitches, VR and trampoline. There is a nice restaurant by the lagoon.
Tee V.★★★★★ — Ifitness is one of the top rated gyms in Lagos. As a newbie, some of the machines dont come with instructions and you have to ask others or get a trainer for your first month.
Some of the treadmills are not functioning well. With vibrations in your feet and they actually shock sometimes when in use. The restroom/changing rooms is well kept and comfortable.
Zi B.★★★★★ — Robo Fitness is hands-down the best! The cutting-edge gear and awesome trainers. The vibe's always supportive, and the facilities are spotless. Highly recommend! 5/5 stars!
Iniobong E.★★★★★ — It was fun being here for the first time. Easy to locate and a walkable distance from the expressway. Neat, spacious with fun spots for kids and adults inside. I also liked the flexibility in how visitors bring personal items.
Samuel A.★★★★★ — Ndubuisi Kanu Park, Ikeja is one of those quiet public spaces that offer a refreshing pause from the fast-paced lifestyle Lagos is known for. Located within Ikeja GRA, the park provides a relatively calm and accessible environment for individuals, families, and small groups looking to relax, exercise, or simply enjoy some fresh air.
The park is well known for its open green spaces and tree-lined paths, which make it suitable for morning walks, light jogging, and casual outdoor activities. It’s also a decent spot for informal meet-ups, reading, or personal reflection. On less crowded days, the atmosphere feels peaceful and laid-back, making it a welcome escape from traffic noise and city pressure.
One notable advantage of Ndubuisi Kanu Park is its central location, which makes it easy to reach from different parts of Ikeja. Security presence is generally reassuring, especially during daytime hours. However, the park’s facilities are quite basic, and some areas would benefit from better maintenance and more consistent cleanliness. Seating options and recreational amenities could also be improved to enhance the overall experience.
Despite these shortcomings, the park still serves an important purpose as a public recreational space in Lagos. It may not be a luxury destination, but it remains a functional and valuable spot for low-key relaxation, exercise, and community interaction. With better upkeep and investment, Ndubuisi Kanu Park has strong potential to become an even more attractive urban retreat.
Ajimati A.★★★★★ — A serene park in a safe space in Lagos. The atmosphere was cool. You have to show up with your own fun. There is a horse ride available, and different hut to be booked.
tobenna C.★★★★★ — I’m extremely disappointed with this gym. They charge the same price as other full-service gyms, yet today I was informed that between 12pm and 5pm they switch off the electricity and no equipment can
Abiodun O.★★★★★ — Nice fitness center. I enjoy using it. Not crowded and people dress responsibly. The gym is reasonably well equipped. There are fitness instructors to help. There are also group exercises scheduled f

Ogbonyialu M.★★★★★ — The gym is good and the environment is great, I want to register but my prospective trainer was sent home which is so unprofessional so I am registered in a new gym
LRNZH AA★★★★★ — Since it rebranded from FitNigeria to Stride Fitness, the quality of customer engagement has tanked.
They don't listen to clients' needs or try to meet clients' expectations anymore.
Used to be a great place to work out but it's now unbearable with coaches clashing openly with clients.

Ashley B.★★★★★ — This place is dirty and gross. The bathroom was hot / no AC who wants to take a shower in that?
You have staff getting paid to stand around and do absolutely nothing but your place looks like this? Unacceptable. This cannot be the same chain as the Ifitness in Ikoyi. The whole point of a chain is to expect the same standards. Never would I step foot in this branch again.
