• Mondaayy ★★★★★ — Honestly you guys service is very worst this year. Very Hot and messy environment. How can only one sales rep be attending to numerous customers and also receiving payment in a big restaurant? Can't you people employ more staff? I had to wait for 20mins before I was attended to. While eating ,a lot of dirty plates were all around me, nobody to pack it. Please employ more staff and pay them well. The management needs to work a lot this year before they lose valuable customers. Their food is nice and affordable though.
• Aj H. ★★★★★ — if possible i will rate online customer service zero, i called about 4 times before they picked up and it took century to reply WhatsApp messages.. it was as if i am begging them to respond, i was running after them with calls for them to reply me (all because i need to eat something before using medications). the whatsapp chat lasted about an hour (2 minutes to complete 1 hour) all because of their slow response and limited information provided by them, also because they were doing some delivery calculations that does not tally, the worse part is they finally told me that what i placed order for is finished. My advice, if you can go to the restaurant yourself it would be better but thinking you would place order online, well good luck. if you ask me, this is a bad experience for me as a first time customer, i deleted their number immediately and blocked them on WhatsApp.
