My experience with this storage facility was deeply disappointing and stressful, to say the least. From the outset, communication with the owner was problematic. Despite calling multiple times to confirm space availability and storage policies, the owner was evasive and failed to clearly explain payment terms. I assumed the payment structure would be similar to my previous experience with Waft Storage in Abuja, where payment was made at the end of the month. However, this was not the case.
Upon delivering my properties from Abuja to Lagos, I was shocked by the unprofessional behavior. The owner’s staff called me at midnight, demanding immediate payment and threatening to throw my belongings on the street if I didn’t comply. They listed various unexpected fees, leaving me with no choice but to pay to secure my items. I had to plead with them to wait until Monday for the full payment, as I would be in Lagos by then to resolve the issue in person.
When I arrived, I discovered the facility was not a proper storage unit but a flat converted for storage. My belongings were stacked haphazardly, resulting in significant damage. The owner blamed the damage on the delivery driver, but the poor storage conditions were evident. The space was infested with mosquitoes and rats, making it completely unsuitable for storing valuables.
To make matters worse, the owner sent constant payment reminders before 30 days, often at odd hours of the night, creating unnecessary stress. The lack of transparency, aggressive payment demands, and subpar storage conditions made this a nightmare experience.
Conclusion:
I strongly advise against using this facility. The unprofessionalism, poor storage environment, and lack of clear communication make it a regrettable choice for anyone looking to store their belongings. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Complimentary breakfast was poor though with no cup or cutlery to eat or drink the beverage provided. Bathroom floor not scrubbed. Water running out intermittently. Pillow sheet not changed and looks like what the previous guests used. Toilet water coloured. Dusty balcony adjoined to my room. A lot of improvement is needed anyway.

the bedsheet looked overused and i can't believe hotels still offer such nonsense tissue to their guests after paying N10,000 in 2020 for a room outside lagos!!
