Risto K.★★★★★ — Food was good, it came fast. Service was pleasant. Drinks were good and we could pay with an international card.
The scenery was very nice - a pool with good music.
Temitope A.★★★★★ — I see why they call this place the OG . My experience was a 10/10 primaryly because of the family / kid friendliness. It was pretty easy to locate via Google Maps and we enjoyed every bit of our visit .
I had brunch with my family and the ambience was nice , staff were courteous , it was truly money well spent . my kids had a swel time while my husband and I were eating . They kids play area is definitely an attraction and kept the kids entertained the whole time we were there .
We had rice , taco’s, fruit juice and a strawberry milk shake . Total money spent was around 60,000 naira approximately. They definitely lived up to their hype and I’d definitely visit again .
Kwame N.★★★★★ — Uncle T’s has the best staff, best meals, and a variety to choose from.
There’s more than enough seating; outdoors, terrace, and indoors.
If you’re in Abuja and looking for a classic place to dine, Un
Jennifer O.★★★★★ — Just realised the hotel and The Living Room restaurant are two different establishments, but under the same ownership. I’ve already shared my review on Yellow Door Hotel’s page, but I had to drop one here too!
I was served complimentary breakfast throughout my stay at YDH and honestly, everything was a 10/10.
All the times I had lunch and dinner at the restaurant, I loved the fact they always gave me a timer on when my food will be ready and 9/10 times, my food arrives way before the timer goes off. The staff is friendly, nice and patient. Andddd best part, their staff is so well-trained. No one begged for tips or made me uncomfortable, they were simply professional and polite. I was so impressed that I happily tipped the waiter who served me.
The food here is amazing, no exaggeration. I can’t wait to have their asun, turkey, and soft-fried yam again. Highly recommend. 🤍
Princess F.★★★★★ — Come for the cozy vibes, stay for the aesthetics, but maybe skip the 'post for a drink' hustle. They were definitely picking and choosing who got that freebie today. Still a cool space, though!
Hannatu T.★★★★★ — A very beautiful and cosy place to be in. The space is clean with good lighting. Was my second time there, still a good experience..
Peter attended to us, he was very polite and helpful with suggestions. We actually went for cocktails and mocktails but he ended up convincing us to have a little something by the side. We went for Calamari strips, truffle fries and Tar Tar special chicken
- I enjoyed every bit of the calamari strips, it was seasoned well.
- The truffle fries could’ve been better (the sauce could be separate next time)
-I wasn’t impressed by the special chicken (there was nothing special about it). Some of the chicken parts we were given had us wondering if it was bone we ordered. I think sticking to particular chicken parts would be better.
The cocktails and mocktail were a 10!!

Tosin★★★★★ — This place was really lovely and cozy! I love the compartmentalisation of the space, perfect for any vibe you’re feeling. And of course, the staff were so so so nice and friendly - down to the security men opening my car door for me. I was just blushing with all their sweet words. It’s obvious they actually care that you have a nice time. The food was great as well, good portion sizes with a lot of varieties ! And quite affordable compared to other places (I spent 25k and was full) . I would definitely be visiting again and again.

OLAMIDE A.★★★★★ — I visited Crossover recently and had such a pleasant experience from start to finish. From the parking area, the welcome was warm and organized. My friend kept teasing me that the food portions were so big I wouldn’t finish mine and would definitely be asking for a takeaway pack, she wasn’t wrong.
We were seated upstairs, great ambience and a cooling system that actually worked (always a plus). Our drinks arrived first, the orange juice I ordered tasted freshly made not the watery kind and it was really refreshing.
When the food came, I understood the warnings. I ordered poundo yam with seafood okro, and the portion was massive rich, well-seasoned, and loaded I genuinely enjoyed every bite. The background music was a nice touch early 2000s throwbacks that had us singing along at some point. It made the whole atmosphere feel relaxed and fun.
Special mention to our waiter, MaryJane. She was polite, attentive, and handled everything smoothly without hovering. She made the experience even better.
I’ll definitely be back and next time, I’m trying something other than swallow (though it’ll be hard to resist).
Maureen C★★★★★ — The space is beautiful and their meals splendid. That this avocado salad that I'll forever recommend. Had a coffee, cocktail and wings. It was so filling. Space is mind blowing. There is also a sit-out spot with green scenery and a bar attendant readily available. I highly recommend for a date or a quiet sit out.

Grace Y.★★★★★ — They make the best akara in Abuja and their combo meal deals are very affordable and filling. When I buy it for lunch, I often find myself eating it the whole day. My only issue with them is the pepper sauce, it's beginning to taste more raw pepper than sauce and very seedy. They should try and improve on it.

Princess F.★★★★★ — It was a good one. Nice serene atmosphere and environment
virginia S.★★★★★ — Services was top notch, calm scenery, lomo tea was very lovely won my heart especially the caramel tea with tapioca bubbles,I even took some home, food came around quickly ,though quite pricey.I will rate them 8/10,prices on the physical menu is different from online menu, there is a mini garden with tables and chairs to sit out.
Eephie I★★★★★ — Nice dining (indoor and outdoor), with friendly staff. A go to when craving to try out a new food yet, want to feel safe with familiar meal options. Meals and beverages are not pricey - very okay for the cost. The outdoor ambience is totally loveable especially in the early evenings. If you are a picture lover, you would love it here!

Tishaun H.★★★★★ — It took about 30 minutes for My husband bowl of catfish pepper soup, the first bowl had rubbery catfish in the bowl so they remade it and brought a smaller bowl of soup I ordered the Bistro signature chicken The sauce was good but the chicken was pretty dry and chewy. I'm taking a trip to Lagos in a few weeks so I was excited when I saw the name me and my husband thought that our experience was going to be something to remember but this one was easily forgettable. The one thing that I did see that was interesting is there were a few attractions that we could go to on our way to the restaurant but I am rating the restaurant not the attractions.
Jumoke★★★★★ — Lagos Bistro will take you straight to Lagos! I really love the entire Lagos-themed there. I’m not a fan of Lagos, but I was genuinely intrigued, if I had never been to Lagos, this place would probably make me want to book a flight to experience it. I guess that’s the whole point! 😂
My dear friend took me there, and interestingly, it’s in the same spot as the Art Tech District, so you can easily stop by before or after visiting there.
The staff are well-trained, polite, and friendly. We had the Jambalaya native rice, and it was good. The space is also very cosy and perfect for a private date. There are different seating options you can sit outside, or inside either downstairs or upstairs depending on whether you want a quiet, private time or a more open and relaxed experience.
I would definitely recommend this place.
Koko★★★★★ — Don’t get coffee it was terrible. Limited choices in bottle water
Flossy R.★★★★★ — I won't be coming back here because it's infested with mosquitoes. The food we wanted from the menu wasn't available which was okay, but the waitress was courteous.
Food eventually came but wasn't so great.
Francis R.★★★★★ — Nice beautiful ambience to dine. Good library collection as well and rustic furnishing. So funny men’s bathroom blow and ladies above. The coffee is good.
John M.★★★★★ — Overall a poor experince. The Asian rice was 2/3 rds cabbage and 1/3rd rice. It was dissapointing. The Suya was tasty but not worth the price. The half chicken was really 1/4th chicken. It had no real taste and was dry but the texture was good. It came with some complimentary garlic bread(?) which was quite tasty. The ceasar salad was not really a ceaser salad but more of what they think a ceaser salad might be. It had no lettuce, no croutons or ceaser dressing or anything that involves making a ceasar salad, although it did have onions... We chose to eat outside which was a bad choice because of the flies which nearly spoiled our already dissapointing food. When we told someone, the answer we got was "sorry." The upper-outside level we stayed on did have a nice view of the surrounding area, but that is about it. Me and my wife were very dissapointed with the overall experience for the price we paid.

Chima M.★★★★★ — The food was good but the bill was insane.
2k for one takeaway pack with a bag????
Charges for "entertainment tax"???
I have not seen this anywhere else even at the high end restaurants in Abuja
I was here in 2023 and the food and prices were excellent. This time around, it's basically price gouging at its finest.
Last time I ever eat here!
