I understand verbal communication is essential to imbibe responsibility in the children, but a follow up is important as different children have their core strengths.
I applaud a few teachers who stand out with their selfless service but the major issue the school has is management, because they choose to continually maintain a closed system and they do not appreciate feedback. A school that refused to have a PTA system because this is how it’s always worked for them in 2024???
Personally, we are tired of the school and returning next year will be dependent on several factors. I have never in my life being in such a tone-deaf school. They have excellent facilities and the curriculum is very robust, but administration is extremely poor. To do the same thing the same way for years without reviews isn’t progress. The first thing management can do is to visit their google reviews page and see the kind of reviews they’ve had in the past, have they been addressed? Do they actually care?!! The answer is no for as long as they have the numbers. It’s a shameful system to say the least.
