All measurement markings wore off within one month of use, rendering them useless.
Incident 2: Misrepresented and Faulty ViscometerWe purchased a viscometer with the explicit guarantee it would measure from 0 to 2 Mn CPs viscosity .Upon receipt, the machine did not provide correct readings.When a Finlad engineer visited, the issue was dismissed. He claimed a thick material like grease should have a viscosity of 20000 CPs when the actual, known viscosity is closer to 200000 CPs. This clear discrepancy suggests a serious lack of technical understanding or an attempt to cover up a faulty machine.Customer Service and ResolutionWe have been given no solution for these combined problems. Furthermore, the customer service representative I dealt with spoke disrespectfully.
In summary, Finlad delivered defective, low-quality products and provided misleading technical information, costing us significant time and money. Be extremely careful and check all specifications 100 times before purchasing.
