- Jemimah F. ★★★★★ : Came to get arabian tea for take out and was asked to keep the bag I kept my flask in outside. This first of all makes no logical sense because it’s an empty bag with just the flask in it??? So i should unashamedly walk into a space holding a hot water flask in my hand? At the very least create a safe space to keep belongings if you want to come up with such rules for your customers. Have a safe box The epitome of poor customer service is having a staff get into an argument with a customer as well.
- Bisallah R. ★★★★★ : I’m here right now, on a Sunday. Since I came around 9pm I have to beg to get served beer. I have to even order 2 bottles at a time to avoid the long delays. After the 2 bottles, this is more 20mins now, I can’t find the girl serving me or anybody else serve me. I’m literally begging any body I see with uniform but no body is even acknowledging my calls. A guy came and sat on my table, he ordered for very expensive drinks, after waiting for more than 20mins he left. I was even try to convince him to stay because I faint want to stay alone, but he was already angry and he left. Mind you, this is my very first time in Jalingo and I was referred here by a friend. As I type, I yet to get anybody to serve me more drinks. The ambience is excellent, the music is ok but the services VERY VERY POOR AND BAD!!! I will rather chilll on a street side bar that will serve me better! Beer na beer anywhere abet! I don finish type my long review, still nobody to serve me. I’m getting out from her joh!! Nice place but useless services!!!
