Peter P. ★★★★★ : Bubes Bar is a good place for those who love to relax 😊😁 with some bottle 🍾 of drink 🍻. The place is safe and secure, and they also have Bubes hotel right opposite the Bubes Bar. They have security men and bouncers and the entrance of the Bar scanning and people before entering the bar. They have fresh fish, pepper meat, different kind of drinks, etc. Most of the per time students always go to Bubes Bar to relax themselves.

Abubakar S. ★★★★★ : Worst hotel you can go to now in Bauchi. Every guest in the hotel got robbed by armed thugs in the middle of the night. They took our phones and laptops and the hotel didn't do a single thing about it. They didn't even make a police report. They didn't even have a proper security guard in the first place. Worst Hotel EVER!
Nuhu M. ★★★★★ : This is a good place, serene, and l can be “tempted” to call it a home after a home. My concern is the rough path that leads to the place from the main road

Rhoda M. ★★★★★ : Forest garden and suites is a new place/guest house in Bauchi that is quite nice. The rooms are clean and large. The staff are also nice and I think the accomodation is affordable and the price is also negotiable. The only downside to the place is the distance to the road. It's far from the junction, unless you have a car or take bike or Keke napep out of the place. Also there's no restaurant there yet though the space is available so you have to buy food outside.

How to choose safely

What to check before choosing bars in Bauchi

Rankings are a starting point. For this category, these are the checks that most often separate a useful recommendation from a risky one.

Check recency
Restaurants change fast. Recent reviews and photos matter more than old popularity signals.
Match the occasion
Confirm ambience, parking, reservation rules, family-friendliness, and menu availability before going.
Watch consistency
Repeated comments about service speed, cleanliness, portions, and pricing are more useful than one viral review.
