Uto E. ★★★★★ : No doubt their cake slices are delicious, but the customer service is deplorable. I ordered a birthday cake and my cake flavor was wrong: I ordered a chocolate cake and got a vanilla cake. I bet there was something wrong with that vanilla cake batch because it had an insanely high amount of sugar. I also ordered two dozen cupcakes and was given a pick up time of 9am. When I went to pick up the cakes they were incomplete and not decorated so they kept me waiting for two hours before I was able to leave with my cake order. The customer service representative who handles the phone lines and receives walk-in customers always seems overwhelmed, possibly why my order was wrong. The owner of the business seems to be more concerned about receiving payments and the customer service rep always pushes blame to the bakers. In conclusion if you’re ever in the area, please stop by and buy a slice of their delicious cake loafs: the carrot cake and chocolate cake are my favorites. But do not dare use their services for an event because they may frustrate you like they did to me.
