The error doesn't prevent money to come to their account but to transfer it out becomes a MAJOR PROBLEM and it always happens when you needed the money the most. And all of this happens without any prior information from them telling you that from this time to that time they will be working on their bank or whatever; and when they are done, they will be proud to tell you that we are on Live now.
To me, I have had a Great time with GT Bank and also A Frustrating & Terrible Time with them which is not good for my business especially their ONLINE BANKING. I have gather the Strength to Speak out Publicly of what am passing through and This is Just So Annoying, Terrible and Frustrating at the same time. Am talking about their ONLINE BANKING

Still calling it Diamond is misleading although they formed a merger but Access has been rewritten all over with the logos changed as well

My account Officer by Name Lucky Is..ko received all my document but never update it until my PASSPORT EXPIRES and now am dealing with their NRNaccount.. they requested for a foreign ID which has to be notarized which I DID and now is taking them forever to get it done. Do you know how scared it is when your sms alert notification is going to the wrong person. That is what am passing through. Now someone else is getting my alert notification and that's sad. I hope they get it done on time or else I will request them to shut my account down or better still transfer all the change(coins) I have in it. in that way it can go dormant or no sms notification. GUYS, IF YOU ARE RESIDING OUT OF NIGERIA, I DONT ADVISE YOU TO USE THIS BANK, YOU SEE WHAT AM PASSING THROUGH ALREADY. Be warned or you will have your own story to tell when you want to update your account information someday.
