Cos they took my money from my account and even gave me negative balance; which means, anytime I deposit or receive any money into my account, the negative balance would be the immediate transaction. I didn't borrow money from them. But, they deducted over N2000 and resulted in negative thousands of Naira. When I logged a complain, they claimed it was ATM card charges. So, I refused to use my zenith account since then.

Despite being a Zenith ATM Card and Machine, you guys have failed dismally to resolve my claim for close to year.
This leaves a bad taste in my mouth to say the least.
I am utterly disgusted and disappointed and I can only imagine what others would have been through with similar issue. I happen to be a person of means and this 20k is not my problem but the attitude of staff generally.

It is located within the Federal Medical Center Idi Aba Abeokuta and has an outlet outside for customers to withdraw cash. One of the ATM is touch screen. Makes punching easier. One of the assurance of this ATM is that it always gives you mints. Clean money. It dispenses clean money all the time.

Dual machines at the fore front of the bank just one each side of the entrance gate and within the surrounding of the bank building. It dispenses cash fast when working smoothly and security helps with issues sometimes.
