Adeola S.★★★★★ — I was saddled with the responsibility of planning a hangout for my team and I reached out to Redline to make enquiries on the available cabanas, they responded to me and I booked one of the most expensive ones. I also asked if i needed to make payments for the games and corkage fee before the visiting date and i was told that i could make these payments when we get to the venue.
My team and i got to the venue and paid for the entry fee, and requested to be taken to our cabana, only for the rep to take us to the one small cabana which was smaller than the one we saw in the picture, which didn’t even have a good view, i refused and they had to change the cabana.
Fast forward to the activities for the day- mind you, the reason why i picked this particular beach was because of the games that they stated that they have, in their brochure.
I went to the manager to ask about the games only to be told that someone had booked the whole game room.
So we were left with the swimming pool, playing football or volley ball under the hot sun.
