Located in the serene, high-profile Government Reserved Area (GRA) of Enugu North, it is a highly secured, gated community managed by the Enugu State Housing Development Corporation. The estate is an ultra-exclusive, highly secure residential neighborhood that is heavily favored by top-tier executives, politicians, & high-net-worth individuals. It even has it's own Police Station. Located just minutes away from major city hubs like Independence Layout, Shoprite, & next to the 82 Division Nigerian Army base. The estate was developed on the grounds of the former Enugu Zoological Garden, which was demolished & completely converted into a luxury residential area. The estate spans over 500 hectares with an organized street network. In recognition to its history, the streets are uniquely named after birds & animals that used to be resident here in the past. It features 24/7 armed security personnel & strict access control measures. Non-residents cannot gain entry without a specific access code generated by a resident.
