Consistently the cleaners come to clean without toiletries so even though you are supposed to given they are never provided. There's 24hours light but water can stop running anytime. They are polite but apologising for inconveniences is not part of their culture as long as they are behind the keypad chatting with you. Even if you complain that you couldn't go for an appointment because there was no water to have your bath. If solving your issue would naturally take 24-48hours you won't be offered an alternative. You will only see someone responding to your complaints if you leave your apartment to visit the front office and only at the moment you are with them physically.

We moved in on the 5th floor at 9pm, by 2am, there’s no water running. I counted over 7 GLEs including one of ours, and many other exotic cars parked. So you want to tell me these people didn’t get water overnight and there are agents living in the compound?
Went downstairs when some people were complaining about the water issue, and the security gave us bucket to fetch water from tap. No option, had to do it, then use elevator to take it up to 5th floor.

Pumping water is just a flick of a button anywhere in the world. We asked for the switch so we could do it ourselves, nobody knows where it was.
The air conditioning doesn’t work properly in the living room of 503.
I was really disappointed and disgusted with the experience there.
Ps: for a 3 rooms apartment, you’ll think they know that we are renting it for multiple people. Why the hell are the bathrooms having see-through glass?
