However, the lack of customer service is very telling, and it takes away from what could be a great experience. Yes, I’m paying for my food — but is it too much to expect someone to follow up and ask how the meal is tasting? For a place of this size, the customer engagement is almost nonexistent. Their biggest sellers are amala and swallow, and those seem to be handled well. But I decided to try their fried rice, and I honestly regretted it. The rice was already getting spoiled, and there was no quality assurance in place to ensure the food was still fresh. I brought it home only to find it tasting spoiled and having a mucus‑like texture, almost like akara batter. That is unacceptable for a food business of this scale. Ola Mummy is big, yes — but size should come with better standards, especially in food safety and customer service. Please do better. Freshness checks, proper supervision, and basic customer interaction would go a long way.

The amala is so fluffy and no lumps, I suspect the amala is turned with a machine because it is too perfect to be turn by human being. The meat and assorted are moderately cooked not too soft or too hard and I love the fact that their staff are matured people that knows how to attend to customers not the regular that have rude girls and lack manners or attending to customer. I will love to visit again 😍😍🥰🥰😋
