I booked through Expedia and when I arrived and called the apartment, without even asking my name or checking for my reservation, the apartment person I spoke to on the phone told me that I do not have a reservation. He did not even ask for my name. How would he know I did not have a reservation?
I called Expedia to complain. Expedia confirmed that I have a reservation there and tried calling the apartment, they could not get Royal Paradise apartment on the phone. Expedia ended up finding another apartment for me.
Royal Paradise apartment in Wuye Abuja is a big scam. For your peace of mind, DO NOT BOOK RESERVATIONS THERE.
If there is an option for zero star, I would give them a zero.
