I remembered writing a review about this branche's staircase and the difficulty aged people gets while trying to rectify their accounts. While we serve the public, let's equally show empathy to the feeble ones amongst us; the aged mothers and fathers who needed to be present for anything to be done in/on their accounts. However, how on earth did we get here that one branche's dilemma becomes the fate for all the branches of FCMB in Port Harcourt and their customers service personnel are busy and casually communicating that to their customers? I mean, the FCMB branch at Kala, Ikwere Road, Port Harcourt. I, we have been here since 8:45 Am, waiting for network to get just ATM Card for my aged mother whom I have to hold her hands to climb this their ungodly staircase that need a savior at the end of it, 'Jesus asking Peter to walk on the water'. The whole thing is no-one cares about it so far they're paid their salaries at the end of the month. The manager of this branch should take proper care of their customers here and not otherwise. Get your girls working and not walking around and being manner-less. There should be re-arrangement of the bank. Maybe I should suggest that those handling customers should get down like the FCMB of old that I know. It's almost 11:23 to 30 that their network has been down and you need to see how everything is going here...... Haba!
