my experience with this insurance company has not been a good one since i started using them, i have had to pay for medication out of pocket so many times and multiple delays in medication delivery

Please do not use this useless company. They only want to cover malaria or anything minor. Worse off, they'll reject what is even proposed as covered under stupid technicalities. You've been warned.
