The customer care service needs to be checked. It is absolutely impossible for a customers to call for urgent assistance on issues my personal account for hours and not get response. Too bad.

i cant send money from the account, i tried ugrading my account but NOTHING, NO ONE IS RESPONDING, THIS IS verY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Very unreliable bank. I had no business with them until GIG mandated their ecommerce subscribers to create an account with Stellas as they remit funds through them. Unfortunately, my team will stop using GIG because of Stellas's poor…

The bank is really done well 👍, some years ago, I need a auto loan from them at iyanan-ipaja branch in Lagos Nigeria, and they was given me the best regards of my request, which make me be happy in that year, so the bank is reliable.
