Plus, there are no discriminatory treatments towards NHIS patients as reported in some other health facilities. A college of nursing is within so most of the nurses in here are students. This comes with it's downside - it isn't uncommon to see nurses not hit the mark in certain medical practices. In my own case, the student nurse pierced my arm multiple points, when placing me on drip, to get my vein that were as visible to the blind.
Another limitation in this hospital is the state of the wards. The male wards screams welcome to 2002. The wards look like one to make you sick. They have definitely seen better days and are due for some modern revamp to reflect the Hospital status as a top notch Medical facility in Kaduna Metropolis.
