I was at the hall for the celebration of the chief Mrs Lawal 85th birthday. And I love the atmosphere at this grand space right from the long entrance road that lead to home of complete comfort.
Apart from the hall, they have bar and lounge, Guest House, and even Hostel. It was indeed a cool atmosphere for event and hospitality in Ibadan.

The hall is situated at a slopy place. Care must be taken if walking to the hall to avoid falls. Air-conditioning not optimal for a large crowd.
Parking space is large but will fall short with large crowd. There's a well controlled underground parking. Toilets are clean but need airfreshners. No dedicated wheelchair accessible parking and entrance

The venue also photographs very well, which is a big plus if you care about pictures and videos.

Ironically for an event centre that been around for a while its still very presentable.
It has copious parking and parking can also be restricted for VIP. The outside parking is apt for the young it's like a hundred meters to the main hall if you park at the furthest end of the car park but, for the aged there is a carousel where you drive in drop your passenger and drive out again very thoughtful of the planners.
The toilets are adequate and reasonable clean and smells fresh.
The kitchen and ancillary rooms are good too.
Getting away from there is a bit of a challenge though...especially if you're heading towards sango...the traffic leading to the junction if Ijokodo was horrendous. I hope it's a temporary thing though
It's an event centre I'll recommend anyday and my next big event in Ìbàdàn will certainly be there.
