But it's quite frustrating that I was sold an expired product, which had an awful after taste......
I checked back to complain.....the chubby lady sounded reasonable when she came up with apologies, and referred us to the loud dark guy who turned Out rude and kept arguing without really listening to understand....
It got into a heated argument......
I mean why would you sell Expired Edible products and still have them on your shelfs.....even as I speak.
And end up getting to argue with your customers.......Like they don't know what EXPIRED BEFORE means??????
I think the management needs to train the on-ground staffs on Customer-Resolution-Management.......
