1. Delayed check-in cos of payment and paper works with company
2. No AC in the sitting room
3. No complimentary breakfast
4. Used tissue in the toilet
5. No electric jug and tea in the room
6. Intercom not working, despite complaining, still wasn't fixed.
7. Room painted pink, white is preferable.
8. Toilet needs to be upgraded to modern facility/standard - the wood around the wash hand basin makes it looks old fashioned. Also, no hand held bum washer.
Not deserving of more than 2 stars rating based on all these. I had great expectations based on Google review. Is this a case of dwindling quality over the year? Please do better, and I will be happy to edit my review.
