The fresh fish peppersoup commences with the customer having to point out the preferred fish from a pond containing numerous fishes, alive & swimming around. Then the preparation of the fish meal commences. Usually the process takes about 45 minutes - one hour. Worth the wait while you take your drinks, I will say. The weekends normally have live music & other entertainments to create a festive atmosphere. Though the facility is massive, but it won't be a bad idea to make a reservation for larger groups to ensure good seating. There is ample parking spaces available & uniformed security personnel employed around the facility. I ordered a bottle of beer, but something completely different was brought to me. The waiter claimed it had already been entered into their system, leaving me with no real choice but to accept it. What made the situation worse was that I was then told I must pour the drink into a very large mug because it was “policy.”
This so-called policy was never mentioned before I ordered. When I politely asked for a smaller cup because the mug was too big and uncomfortable to use, the supervisor flatly refused and insisted I drink from the large mug only.
I ended up paying for the drink and had to leave it behind. Poor communication, rigid enforcement of undisclosed policies, and a complete lack of customer care. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.
