Owners firing their oldest staff for incompetent people who just sit like they're in their living room without a care in the world. Owners have no knowledge of service business and shouldn't be in the business in my opinion cos they have no presence or any competent hand to deal with customers let alone regulars.
Seats have become empty day after day, even when people come they just watch football without as little as a bottle of water. Central cafe has lost its credibility and it's unfortunate the owners let it down this bad.

But service is poor, the food is a bit pricey and fairly tasty. I was told by one of the staff that a customer mistakenly left/forgot ₦500 after his Merry moments at the lounge and the staff was happy to keep the money for her own good and happy about it.
Tourists should be careful when they visit, If one forgets his/her phone or wallet, I doubt it will be recoverable!

The food quality was terrible. The meat was excessively hard, clearly not fresh, and the entire meal tasted stale. Even worse, parts of the meat were undercooked, which is completely unacceptable.
On top of that, the staff were unprofessional and showed no urgency or concern. There was no visible management presence to handle complaints or take accountability.
Overall, a very poor experience. Slow service, bad food, and zero professionalism. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.
