There are a lot of surprises awaiting you after you might have overcome the initial obstacles of plot allocation. Your building materials cannot be supplied to your site without paying at the estate gates and it will be considered unsuitable if they are not sourced or purchased from or through the estate workers. At every stage of your building there are fees that you will have to pay which I considered equivalent to “omo onile” fees . It is a very frustrating experience. Maybe it’s a unique experience but it is not a pleasant one.
