We were scheduled to see a Gynaecologist and paid consultation fee + 3k with the narrative that the Gynaecologist will come specifically for us. We were given 1:30pm and had to wait till 4:30pm without being attended to. The Gynaecologist came in around 3:30pm, attended to other patients for scan while we just stood there and waited unending.
While I don’t fault the doctor, I fault the reception/management for being dishonest.
