The up grading of specialist to Federal University Teaching Hospital has drastically bought improvements in virtually all units. Treatment is effective with all essential drugs available even at the annex branch too.

Dalhatu Araf specialist hospital is one of the best hospital in Nasarawa state (Lafia) although in terms of emergency cases they are poor because from my experience, I've noticed that they don't usually attend to their patients on time.
