It’s still a wonder how this bank went from grace to abyss. The staff here are just so rude especially those at the transfer cubicle upstairs. Worst bank ever!

Be prepared to wait... The queue to get inside the banking hall is quite long. (Covid 19 protocol) It took me an hour to get in.

Went there twice to get a new ATM Card & was told that the 'system' was down, Asked for an official number to call incase I wanted to come again & CC desk said none was available. Fix up!
