The Kano main branch is not too crowded. It is easy to access with all the covid19 protocols duly observed. Most of the bank's staff like the customer care unit, the cashier, and the like are efficient. There is also a place provided for prayer.

They have enough parking, well ventilated from the inner with the provisions of sophisticated equipment. There staff are always ready to answer customer queries
