Horrible customer service. Staff are quick to make you pay but so slow to offer services. Very unfriendly and rude staff except one particular guy Dan who unfortunately is inexperienced. The rest of the staff behave like they want the place to close down. Their first reaction…

These people are thieves. They sell spoilt laptops and use company policies to cover up their mess. These people sold spoilt laptop to me and when I kept going there, they said I was disturbing them. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST. Funny enough they sell spoilt laptops to people.

It's such an amazing ICT office where you can get your ICT gadgets such as laptops, desktops, printers, ups, scanners, projectors, phones, accessories and many more. their prices are friendly and thier products and services are quite unique.

These people are thieves and they sell defective laptops. We bought a laptop there and it packed up after less than 14 days. They refused to give a refund and tried to make us pay them for fixing a brand new laptop. We had to go to the Police. Please avoid this store at all…
