Beautiful building no doubt but the shocker was when trying to confirm who to pay for the rental to where I was subjected to the most bizarre three way calls that shocked me as a veteran. All I was doing was protecting guest's funds. We had to withdraw our interest.

The ambience, the security is top notch. You can't use the elevator without a pass taking you to the exact floor as confirmed by the receptionist. The rooms are good while the living room has a kitchen space thereby giving that serviced apartment vibe

Beautiful at night. Lovely Artwork around the building. it has a nice patio and waiting room area. It is very central and easy to access. The security system is top-notch.

Beautiful development right in the heart of Victoria Island. Still under construction with only 2 of about 6 blocks finished. Lovely location with great facilities planned.

Well is still under construction and with what I see it is a well secured and good quality of work that's going on there I will give it a five star.
