    Your service break down at will every month, from January till date there's no month 1 week to 2 weeks is not lost. With that you still lack manners of customer relations. I don't give reviews, but this pushed me beyond normal. The experience is terrible!!!

    Very bad customer service. They installed an outdoor device in my house and it was not what I wanted. On complaint to the sales agent, she traded words with blames on me. You guys need to improve seriously.
