Residential estate. Open space and little vehicular movement. Safe for kids to play under supervision

Not quite a likeable places. The quarters house s a small number of residences about 10 or there about. The houses are not of good architecture and are dilapidated. However, the location is central as it is in the middle region of jslingo and besides a major road.
