They said my package was to arrive at the destination in 5 days and it did. The attendant...one Miss Becky, was so nice. She followed up on the package till it got to its destination.

Their service here is quite high in terms of charges and very poor. They didn’t keep to promise. To think I sent a package dat they promised it will arrive it’s destination within 5working days for #184,802 is very crazy and up until 2wks d package didn’t get to its destination…

Terrible customer service. Poor communication. No fidelity. They never keep their word. There’s an very nonchalant way of handling customers complaint. Wouldn’t recommend.

A courier company of international spread with many offices and ware houses in Nigeria. They deliver parcels timely and safely too. The have authomated billing system that make them efficient and timely.

I regretted going there. A document I sent on a Wednesday to Minnesota, USA didn't get there until the following Friday. The lady there is a big liar and fraudulent. I trusted her and traveled out of Lagos thinking my documents would've been sent. Nonsense!
