I think you should update your working hours and stop stressing people out, I can I get to your office by 5:30 on Wednesday evening and told me you've closed for the day and you state 6pm and your closing time

I entered spectranet before I was redirected to their own store. The shop were right beside each other with no demarcation. The customer service is really friendly though and collection is done after close of business so no matter what time you get there your package us leaving…
