Very cozy environment. If you're looking for a quiet place to relax Topaz is the place for you. They have a mini pool you can take off some steam in. The best fang soup I have had in my life was at Topaz. The chef is superb

I Horrible facilities. Incompetent and rude management. No window nets.. Mosquito infested... Swimming pool is dirty. Bringing in questionable characters that smoke weed and do drugs.

Nice customer service, clean rooms, and the environment too. Great meals. A number of facilities are available at Topaz Luxury Suites, which include: An outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant & bar. you would enjoy your stay.

Environment is cool, swimming pool needs cleaning, staff needs training, security is really poor. Am sure Topaz can do better

Customer service is fair, power supply is good, water heater isn't effective. Staff are laid back. Water supply is really dirty. Gosh which modern hotel cleans with bleach?
